30 Day Business Launch Challenge Details

Program Highlights

Our target is to help you make at least K10,000 per month

This ongoing program is designed to help you create a new business or improve your current one and launch it after 30 days.

Program Details
  • Start Date: 14th August 2023
  • Delivery: 2 days a week face-to-face sessions + after hours online sessions via WhatsApp
  • Fee: K1,000 per participant (K900 for additional team members - K100 discount)
  • Duration: 30 Days Intensive Program
Important Note

For best results, you must have at least K2,000 on hand to start your business. This will cover registering your business with IPA, IRC, opening a bank account, printing business cards, purchasing stock, supplies and other startup costs.

Week 1

Idea Generation and Market Research

Monday 14th August 2023 • 8am - 5pm • Pacifund Training Room, Garden City, Boroko

30 Day Challenge Launching. We take you through the next 4 week program and get started on idea generation and verification. We cover market research techniques and validation methods.

Week 2

Business Planning & Presentation

8am - 5pm • Pacifund Training Room, Garden City, Boroko

Present your Business Plan draft, discuss it through with your team members and peers, address any issues and then finalize your business plan with expert guidance.

Week 3

Business Creation

8am - 5pm • Pacifund Training Room, Garden City, Boroko

Register your business with IPA, IRC, design your logos, get your branding done, do uniforms, open up your advertising platforms, develop your marketing materials and set up your operations.

Week 4

Soft Launching & Marketing

8am - 5pm • Pacifund Training Room, Garden City, Boroko

Do a soft launch for your business and start marketing. See what the response from customers is and change strategies if necessary.

Week 5

Business Launching & Marketing

8am - 5pm • Pacifund Training Room, Garden City, Boroko

Graduation and Official formal launch of your business. We will provide media coverage to showcase the businesses that will be launched.
